There are direct flights daily from most cities in Europe and North America. Depending on the season tickets from New York and Miami costs between U.S. $ 300 and $ 600 U.S. (about 4 pm flight - American Airlines, Continental, Delta Air, Caribbean Airlines). Tickets from London (British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, BMI, Caribbean Airlines), Paris, Amsterdam, Milan (Air France, Corsair, Condor, KLM, Martinair) and Frankfurt (Condor) cost between U.S. $ 450 and $ 900 U.S. (about 8 am flight).
